When you take an inspection visit with Spanish Dream Estates it's a personal experience. One of our highly experienced Sales Advisors will plan your visit with you making sure that you get to see only the properties that you are interested in seeing, in the areas in which you want to purchase.

As soon as you know what your requirements are, we can arrange your whole trip for you, accommodation as well as your flights from most International Airports. Alternatively, if it suits you better, we can just arrange to meet up with you whilst you are visiting Spain on your own itinerary. The choice is yours! If you do choose our inspection visits you will be met at the arrival's terminal of the airport by one of our Sales Advisors who will then transport you to your accommodation, all the time helping you to refine your requirements. Our Sales Advisor will then make the necessary appointments required for you to view the properties that match your requirements, always leaving time in your schedule for you to explore the areas and the lifestyle here in Spain. There is normally plenty of time to view the properties, shortlist them, revisit and make your decision while still leaving some time to kick back and have a little fun! If you choose just to meet us whilst visiting Spain you can be sure you will receive the same dedicated attention.

Once you have found your dream property our service doesn't even end there. If you would like us to we will even assist you with arranging a bank account, visiting the lawyer etc. We will make sure the whole process is as smooth as possible. As little stress as possible, guaranteed!
